By placing an order on the website, the customer confirms that the contact details are current, the selected product information has been reviewed and these terms are accepted.

Placing and confirming an order

Add the required products to the cart and enter your contact details.
After the request is submitted, we check availability, price and delivery options.
An order is considered confirmed after the items, total, payment method and recipient details have been agreed.

If price or availability changes before confirmation, the customer may accept the updated terms, change the order or cancel it.

Payment and delivery

Available payment methods, prepayment amount and delivery terms are listed on the Payment and Delivery page and confirmed with the order. The customer is responsible for providing correct recipient details.

Receiving an order and reporting an issue

Check the package integrity and shipment details when receiving it. If there is an issue, send the order number, a description and package photos to Telegram @arnoldorgua as soon as possible. Return or replacement options depend on the product condition and mandatory requirements.
